Issues

Jobs:  Promote job creation so that every citizen will have the opportunity to work.

Foreclosure Prevention:  Work vigorously to stop home mortgage foreclosures and assist homeowners in modifying their home mortgages.

Economy:  Help create a comprehensive plan for sustainable growth and development to Clayton County and Henry County, recognizing that both are integral and indispensable partners in the future of Metro Atlanta.  A booming economy – fairly shared by all – is in the best interest of the citizens.

 
Education:  Assure that both counties have the resources to build a first class education system to continue their competitive economic advantage and provide bright futures for the children.
Transportation:  Promote public transportation, commuter rail and the reduction of traffic congestion.

Crime:  Promote law enforcement that is sensitive to the needs of a diverse population, with a strong focus on crime prevention, rehabilitation and reduction of recidivism to control the spiraling cost of detention and supervision of lawbreakers.
